How To Order

To start shopping simply click on one of the menus on the left and make your selections. Then provide us with your delivery details. If you think you may be out, please leave us instructions where to leave your box in the comments sections on our ordering page. Peak District Farm Shop does not have a Farm Shop at present. You will be asked to create a user name and password so that on future visits you will not have to provide your details again. If you encounter any problems making your purchases please email or phone us on 01335 310436.

General

This website is owned by the Peak District Farm Shop and the terms and conditions are applicable when using the Peak District Farm Shop website and all orders made via our website, directly to our sales office and through our delivery team. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they may affect your rights and liabilities under law. Our stated terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. By ordering from this website or by any other means from the Peak District Farm Shop you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to accept our terms and conditions you should not proceed to order.

1. Registration of personal details

1.1 You must ensure that when registering with Peak District Farm Shop that all your personal details are correct and that changes to your personal details are notified to us immediately.

1.2 Personal details are held securely as required by data protection legislation. We will only use these details to process your orders and for sending you information about our products and services.

2. Payment

2.1 Peak District Farm Shop accepts payment by paypal, cheque, cash or credit & debit Cards. Peak District Farm Shop reserves the right to refuse orders if a suitable payment method is not agreed in advance.

2.2 Your bank and payment details will be held on our system, we will do our best to ensure the security of your details but this can not be guaranteed.

3. Purchase regulations

3.1 All prices include VAT, where this is applicable.

3.2 You will be able to make changes to your order, either via our website or through our sales office, as long as we are notified no later than 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date.

3.3 Once you have placed your order either via our website or through our sales office this amounts to an offer to enter into a contract to buy the product from the Peak District Farm Shop, you cannot then withdraw or cancel your order except as stated below. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at the company's reasonable discretion.

3.4 Once we have accepted your order you are obliged to pay for the goods ordered unless we receive cancellation of your order at the latest 48 hours prior to the delivery date. Any cancellations received within the agreed timelines will be processed and where payment has been received a credit will be made to you or your account.

3.5 No order will be accepted unless we have agreed a suitable method of payment, we will confirm this either to you in writing or by delivering the goods. A contract for the sale of products to you arises on our acceptance of your order.

3.6 All products are subject to availability. We will endeavour to ensure that your order is fulfilled. However, subject to supply, market conditions and seasonality we may not always know at the time you place your order, if goods will not be available for delivery.

3.7 In the case of meat orders and individual product orders we will not automatically substitute alternative goods, but will contact you to see if you are happy to accept an alternative to the same value.

3.8 In the case farm shop preserves, we reserve the right to substitute produce if any is unavailable at the time of delivery. We accept no liability for the unavailability of products.

3.9 All products are subject to seasonal and market changes and we reserve the right to change our products without notice to reflect such changes. All current prices can be accessed through our website or by e-mailing or telephoning our sales office.

3.10 The average weight and average pack weight applied to some of our products are for guidance only. The actual weight you receive may vary from the guide weight. The price you are charged will be that applicable to the weight of the product delivered.

3.11 Orders will only be accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside our free delivery area a delivery charge will be applied. These charges may be subject to change and can be found on our website or by contacting our sales office. 4 Delivery agreements

4.1 We will endeavour to keep delivery days the same for particular areas. However, we reserve the right to change delivery days. If we do so we will advise you before proceeding with the delivery.

4.2 If for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to deliver to you on an agreed date or at an agreed time, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of any problems with our delivery. You will not be charged for any order we are unable to deliver.

4.3 You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery. This includes giving us detailed instructions of where goods can be accepted or left. In the event that your order is stolen or damaged after it has been delivered we do not accept responsibility. Any compensation will be offered at the company's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse orders to addresses where items have previously been stolen or damaged.

4.4 Delivery and carriage charges are subject to change, as is the availability of suitable carriers to certain areas. We will endeavour to nform you, when you place your order, of any problems known to us, or of any additional charges.

5. Sales Office and Online Sales Availability

5.1 We will endeavour to have our website available at all times. There will however be times, when due to technical problems, upgrades and updating of the web site, that it will not be available.

5.2 Our sales office will normally be available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm. Outside of these hours we have a 24hr answer phone in operation. There may be times, when due to reasons beyond our control, that no contact will be available. In such circumstances we accept no liability for inconvenience or loss caused.

6. Further General Conditions

6.1 We accept no liability for the incompatibility of our website with our customer's personal equipment, connectivity and equipment or if the website functionality does not meet with our customers personal requirements

6.2 Peak District Farm Shop will not be held responsible for any financial loss whether direct or indirect or consequential or any other loss or damages due to trading either via the website or via our sales office.

6.3 Peak District Farm Shop may provide links to other websites. We cannot accept any responsibility for the availability, content or the privacy offered by such sites.

6.4 Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that at all times the information supplied through our website is correct there may be times when this is not so. In these circumstances we do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused.

6.5 You may not assign or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions

6.6 We will not be liable for any financial loss or compensation for the failure to deliver any of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.7 We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions. Changes will be notified by posting them to the website. If you do not accept the changes to our terms and conditions then you should not continue to order any goods or services. If you continue to order once the changes have come into effect, it will be deemed, that you have accepted the new terms and conditions and that you agreed to be bound the said terms and conditions.

6.8 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England
